We offer complimentary Standard Delivery on all domestic orders within Pakistan. For expedited service, Express Delivery is available for PKR 850, and is complimentary on orders above PKR 9,999.

Standard domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing. Express deliveries arrive within 1-2 business days. Please allow 24-48 hours for our warehouse to prepare your order.

Yes. Due to the high value of our garments, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your pieces arrive securely in your hands.

We accept returns on all full-priced, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All original tags must remain attached, and the garment must be returned in its original luxury packaging. For full details, please view our Returns Policy.

You can request an exchange through your account dashboard or by contacting Client Services. We offer complimentary shipping on your first exchange to ensure you find the perfect fit.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your returned item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.

Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned for a refund. However, they may be exchanged for a different size if inventory permits.

Our pieces are designed to fit true to size based on standard measurements. Stretch denim will feel slightly snug initially but will mold to your body over the first few wears. For a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Our standard men's jeans feature a 32-inch inseam. Select styles are also available in a 34-inch (Long) inseam. Women's jeans generally feature a 30-inch inseam unless specified as cropped or ankle-length.

For raw or dry denim, we recommend holding off on the first wash for at least 3-6 months to allow the fabric to crease and fade to your unique body shape. When you do wash, turn them inside out, wash in cold water, and hang dry. View our Care Guide for more details.

Most of our denim is sanforized, meaning it has been pre-shrunk during the manufacturing process. However, you may experience a very minimal 1-2% shrinkage after the first wash, which stretches back out during wear.
